Not all window tint is the same. The shade might look similar from the outside, but what the film is made of changes how it performs in the Georgia heat. Here is the simple version.
Dyed film
Dyed film places a layer of color between the adhesive and a protective top coat. It gives you a clean, non reflective look and solid glare control at the friendliest price. It is a smart first upgrade for a daily driver. The trade off is that it rejects less heat than carbon or ceramic, and lower grade dyed films can fade over time.
Carbon film
Carbon film swaps the dye for carbon particles. That means stronger heat rejection, a deep matte finish, and a color that does not fade or turn purple. For most drivers, carbon is the sweet spot of looks, comfort, and value.
Ceramic film
Ceramic film is built from nano ceramic particles that block the most heat and infrared energy while staying crystal clear. It keeps your cabin the coolest, looks the sharpest, and never interferes with your phone, GPS, or sensors. It is our flagship for a reason.
How to choose
If budget is the priority, dyed gets you a great look. If you want lasting heat rejection without overthinking it, carbon is the easy pick. If you want the maximum in comfort, clarity, and protection, ceramic is worth every dollar. Every film we install blocks 99 percent of UV.
